The primary purpose of the Card Committee is to reach out to Fremont Faith Community members who are actively grieving the loss of a loved one or in need of prayer or encouragement. This committee also provides grief support.
The priority each week is to send cards to those that have lost a loved one, or those that are ill, suffering, or in need of prayer. If Deacons have the time, cards may also be sent to members for a variety of other reasons: Just to say “Hello” or “Happy Birthday”, or to veterans saying “Thank you for your service” are a few examples.
To request a card to be sent to someone who could use some support, please use the “Contact Us” form and your request will be forwarded to the appropriate person.
